Define your goal.

  • Decide to pay the price for achieving it.
  • Write down your plan of how you will achieve it.
  • Think about your goal as often as you can.

Without training goals we sometimes wander aimlessly through the forest of techniques and exercises. Set a goal, focus your energy on its achievement, celebrate when you’ve reached it, and set another one. If you make this a habit, you’ll soon realize that you can do nearly anything.
